10-26-07 Friday around 5PM Pierce Brosnan was leaving the Malibu movie theatre with his kids around 6PM. Robert Rosen was complimenting Mr.Brosnan on how great of a James Bond he was and being super nice. Then Pierce walks up to the photographer and says, "Why don't you fuck off Mate"!! Then he punched the photographer as hard as he could in the ribs. The photographer instinctively threw a kick to defend himself and hit Pierce Brosnan right in the balls. A scuffle broke out and the photographer called the Police. Pierce drove off. A police report was filed and they are investigating Pierce for Assault and battery.
